Mercy Connect have honored three Sisters at the recent Open Day held at the St. Johns grounds in Thurgoona.

A passion for helping

A passion for supporting people has brought Jenny Birthisel and Jeff Edmondson to Mercy Connect. As managers of Support Services, their role will be to ensure Mercy Connect participants attain the outcomes they choose and staff get the most from their working life.

Bottlebrush Cafe

  THE Bottlebrush Café at Thurgoona is proving that you can have your cake and eat it too. It has been operating since the beginning of 2017, providing hot drinks, snacks and lunches three days a week as well as catering for specific events.

A PASSION for training and education has brought Felicity Lawes to Mercy Connect.

IT was smiles all round when seven members of the St Johns work crew graduated with a Certificate I in Work Education from Wodonga TAFE.

Sheryl Meredith

WEAVING her magic to make a house a home is Sheryl Meredith’s passion. Luckily for her that’s just what she gets to do. She is presently the Team Leader for the Vickers 1 home and has a real drive to connect people with where they live.
